  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Minimum four years of experience in powder coat painting operations, maintenance, and administration.
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
