We're a leading packaging company, Pregis, and we're looking for a skilled Material Handler to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Material Handler will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to stage material, load trucks, unload trucks, and transfer material within the plant and departments as needed. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products within the warehouse
  • Ensure a safe and organized warehouse environment by maintaining inventory, identifying and placing materials and supplies in stock, and recording location of inventory
  • Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, and securing product in the correct location
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment by communicating with team members and identifying ways to improve processes
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience operating a forklift and working in a warehouse environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
