Travel Pharmacist (13+ Week Contract)

Company: Soliant in partnership with a hospital in Kettering, OH

Description: Soliant has partnered with a prestigious hospital in Kettering, OH, to find an experienced Pharmacist for a rewarding travel assignment. We are seeking a dedicated professional who is ready to make an impact in the inpatient setting and contribute to the success of our partner hospital.

Location: Kettering, OH

Start Date: Immediate start within 2 weeks

Duration: 13 weeks with the option to extend

Shifts Available:

  • Varied shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM and/or 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
  • No on-call required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an Inpatient Pharmacist in an Acute Hospital Setting
  • Provide pharmaceutical information to the multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Engage in kinetic dosing, therapy consults, and order verification
  • Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and peers to provide acute care services

Requirements:

  • Graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or a PharmD
  • Active State of Ohio pharmacist license
  • Three years of inpatient pharmacy experience and/or completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency program preferred
