OverviewWe are looking for an experienced IT Auditor - AML with a QAIP Focus for our client on a project basis. This contract role is fully remote.  This role will assist with the design and maintenance of a Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP) to enhance audit effectiveness and align with IIA standards. ResponsibilitiesAssist with the development and implementation of Quality Assurance and Improvement Program for IT audits covering AML wire transfer systems and controls.Conduct risk-based audits of AML monitoring systems, transaction screening, and suspicious activity reporting processes.Evaluate IT general controls and application controls supporting wire transfer compliance.Perform internal quality assessments and coordinate external quality reviews for audit function.Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.Prepare reports for senior management and regulators on audit findings and QAIP results.  QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields 8+ years of AML IT Audit experience across major financial institutionsProfessional certifications (CIA, CISA, CAMS preferred).Strong knowledge of AML regulations (BSA, OFAC) and wire transfer processes.Experience with IT audit methodologies and QAIP frameworks.Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
