The role involves deploying, configuring, and maintaining IBM Guardium Data Encryption modules, ensuring compliance with internal security policies, and aligning with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOX and GDPR. Responsibilities:• Deploying and configuring Guardium solutions to monitor and secure sensitive database environments. • Analyzing database activity logs and generating compliance reports for audits. • Investigating potential threats and working closely with database administrators and security teams. • Maintaining Guardium solutions to ensure optimal performance and compliance with data protection regulations. • Utilizing accessibility features to assist users with physical disabilities in using the software product successfully. • These specialists play a crucial role in ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance for organizations, especially in the face of increasing data privacy and security demands.Must Have Skills: • Experience with the Guardium database entitlement reporting tool. • The individual will be tasked with configuring data source connections, troubleshooting connection issues, and supporting reporting activities. • Good understanding of distributed database platforms, specifically connecting a database to an entitlement reporting scanning tool
