Our client located in Franklin, TN is seeking an Office/Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and join a dynamic team in the business consulting services industry
 
The Office/Project Manager is a permanent opportunity with an onsite schedule.
 
Responsibilities:
Office Setup and Maintenance:
  • Coordinate the setup of the new office space, including sourcing furniture, equipment, and supplies.
  • Ensure the office is fully operational, addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Oversee office layout planning and workspace allocation.

Project Management:
  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Operational Management:
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Manage office budget and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.

Customer and Staff Support:
  • Provide exceptional service to both customers and staff, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Ensure a positive office environment that promotes productivity and employee satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

Administrative Duties:
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees, ensuring they have the resources needed for a smooth transition.
  • Support senior management with various tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in office management, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Proven ability to take projects from concept to completion.
  • Passion for providing excellent customer and staff service.
