FP&A Consultant

Vaco has partnered with a leading real estate development company in search of a FP&A Consultant to join their team. The FP&A Consultant will support and assist in developing the company’s finance functions. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient and have a strong FP&A background in the real estate developer or homebuilding sectors.  

Job Title: FP&A Consultant (contract position) 

Location: North Scottsdale - onsite 

Pay Rate: $50 - $55 per hour 

Project Duration: approximately 3 months 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and refine financial models to assist in forecasting and budgeting preparation 

• Implement and optimize FP&A functions  

• Additional projects involving process improvement and financial reporting 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or related field, required 

• Experience in real estate developer or homebuilding industry required 

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A role 

• Ability to work onsite at the North Scottsdale office 

• Commitment to duration of project

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
