Responsibilities:
  • Gain a thorough understanding of employee roles, skills, and responsibilities.
  • Travel to local and remote offices for site assessments.
  • Support employee development through education and industry certifications.
  • Provide guidance on compensation structures and assess employee retention needs.
  • Leverage key hiring platforms and networking strategies for recruitment.
  • Contribute to the Corporate Crisis Management Team during emergencies.
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Manage employee relations and serve as a backup to the Executive Administrator.
  • Conduct performance evaluations on a regular basis.
  • Handle employee discipline and terminations in line with company policies.
  • Administer HR services, including recruitment, promotions, and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze employee performance and workforce data.
  • Stay informed on the latest HR laws and regulations.
  • Oversee HR operations, focusing on recruitment and employee development.

Job Requirements:
Excellent written, analytic, and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities; screening and interviewing of candidates for open positions; working with hiring managers to recruit and staff in their department
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, ability to work collaboratively and build consensus across the organization
