Posting Number:PG195567TMPosition Number:25MAW1Position Type:StudentEssential Job Duties:Audio visual technology maintenance.What you will learn:Broad knowledge of audiovisual technology, basic network and PC troubleshooting.Client communication in-person / over email.Collaborative work environment and mentorship opportunities.AV Support and Troubleshooting:Assist users in connecting and configuring laptops and other AV devices primarilyin group study rooms and conference rooms.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the equipment found in groupstudy rooms and conference rooms.Regularly inspect group study rooms for common issues to ensure long termfunctionality.Surplus AssistanceAssist the surplus coordinator with inventory management via regular checks of AVclosets and assisting with equipment organization.Provide support during surplus equipment disposal.
