Manager or Senior Manager, FP&A

 

Our Client (a technology company), is seeking an exceptional FP&A Manager to join their dynamic Finance team. This role requires 2 days in the office.

  • Collaborate with finance leaders to provide budgeting, forecasting, and strategic insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
  • Manage day-to-day budgets across departments.
  • Leverage business knowledge to provide data-driven analyses.
  • Support investment decisions and assess new opportunities.
  • Track headcount budgets and labor spend.
  • Develop financial models and reports.
  • Monitor key performance indicators.
  • Automate processes and enhance internal systems.

What We’ll Love About You:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  2. 5+ years of FP&A experience (preferably in tech).
  3. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
  4. Strong communication skills for presenting insights.
  5. Effective stakeholder management.
  6. Working knowledge of GAAP principles.

We’ll Really Swoon If You Have:

  • MBA.
  • Experience in investment banking.
  • Familiarity with Oracle and SQL.
Compensation:

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure: $140K - $175K per year + bonus.
