You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience testing or developing software applications, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing

  • Experience with programming in Java

  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium or TestNG

  • Experience in backend testing, API testing, UI testing, and DB queries

  • Experience with coding, designing and executing test scripts, test plans, and procedures and documenting the expected and actual results

  • Experience with test methodologies, software release cycle, test effort estimation, and tracking

  • Experience generating and managing test data and working in a Linux or UNIX environment

  • Top Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

  • Ability to obtain Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience creating and updating automated test cases or scripts and working with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins

  • Experience with Load or Performance testing, including tools like JMeter

  • Experience testing Cloud-based architectures

  • Experience with an Agile release methodology

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment

  • Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS or an IT-related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
