HR GeneralistLocation: Orlando, FL (Onsite)Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 About the Opportunity A growing, people-focused organization in Orlando is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join its team. This is a hands-on, multifaceted role responsible for managing payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance - all while helping foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys taking ownership of a wide range of HR functions to support both employees and leadership. Key Responsibilities of the HR Generalist Administer weekly payroll processing with accuracy and compliance with wage and hour regulations Maintain payroll records and prepare reports related to deductions, taxes, and other payroll components Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) Serve as the primary contact for employee benefit questions, enrollments, and issue resolution Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers Assist in handling employee relations matters with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism Manage onboarding, offboarding, and new hire orientation to ensure a seamless employee experience Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation Support HR initiatives related to performance management, engagement, and training Partner with leadership to improve HR processes and promote a strong, people-first culture Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 4+ years of experience in HR generalist or HR administration roles Hands-on experience with payroll processing and benefits administration Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance standards Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, or similar platforms) Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) Experience supporting both office and field-based employees Why You'll Love Working Here Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and flexible PTO Collaborative, mission-driven environment that values people, integrity, and professional growth This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Generalist who wants to take ownership of HR operations and make a meaningful impact within a stable, growing organization.#LI-EM3 #INNOV2025 #ZRCFS
