The Director Insurance Investment Accounting role at a glance: Accounting & Reporting : Oversee accounting and reporting for investment holdings, including monthly, quarterly, and annual filings. Leadership: Manage and review work of direct reports. Analyze data and review JEs GAAP and STAT: Perform GAAP and Statutory analysis for various financial instruments, ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. Serve as liaison with 3rd Party and internal teams to ensure accurate transaction processing and reporting. Daily: Oversee daily cash activity and monthly reconciliations across custodians and subledgers. Process Improvement: Identify process improvements and automation opportunities. Technical: maintain internal controls and support audits. Additional duties: assigned Preferred Qualifications of the Director Insurance Investments Accounting: BS Accounting or Finance 5-7 years experience (with supervisory) in GAAP and STAT Accounting within an insurance/financial services organization #INNOV2025 #LI-SP3 #ZRCFS
