Program Analyst

The Opportunity:

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced Program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of US Navy clients. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or Power BI and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, or project analysts.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience with Navy acquisition programs

  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition pathways

  • Ability to communicate effectively at the O6+ level

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Power BI

  • Ability to proactively identify problems and develop and propose solutions

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Finance, or a related field

  • DAWIA or PMP Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
