We are working with a large Private Equity backed business services/human capital client on an interim controller need. This is a fully remote position, supporting in a blend of month-end close, financial reporting, balance sheet reviews, variance analysis, and support during carve-out/M&A related initiatives. 

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of controllership experience, with proven experience as a Controller in an enterprise ($750M+ annual revenue) organization 
• Must have experience with carve-outs and/or M&A 
• Demonstrated knowledge with enterprise ERP systems, with Workday experience being preferred
• CPA highly preferred
