After-school Babysitting and House Help for Prospect Heights Family

We're a two-mom, bilingual, multiracial (Black, white, and Latina) family with an 11-year-old and a 6-year-old. We have lived in Prospect Heights for over 20 years and our kids love having sitters. Our 11-year-old loves books, music, and soccer, while our 6-year-old is a fan of arts and crafts and Barbies/Little Ponies/etc.
Both moms work long days, so we rely on our sitters for help managing the house and the kids and we've developed very close partnerships with our sitters in the past.
Some house-help: things like straightening up, washing dishes, folding or putting away laundry, or running neighborhood errands (to the grocery store or library).
Babysitting: Pick-up one of our kids (6 years old) from from school and coordinating meet-up with our 11-year-old. Manage after-school lessons, playdates, and homework. Coordinate kids' dinner, make sure kids bathe, and oversee homework and music practice.
One mom will be mostly working from home (often hiding in the bedroom while the kids and sitter are here) and the other will be working from home part-time (generally working in the living room), but the kids are very used to orbiting around us.
There are lots of opportunities for overtime, especially with school closure days. Role comes with 10 days of paid vacation, in addition to at least two weeks over the summer and one week over the winter holidays.
