As a member of the Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) Finance Planning & Analysis organization, this individual will be responsible for driving the implementation of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) financial planning for MFC. Oracle EPM is the 1LMX tool that will enable new capabilities for the following: LRP, CSR, Accounting Consolidation, Indirect Budgets, Capital LRP, and Tax. Majority of the scope of this role will be spent on LRP/CSR activities. This is a part of the 1LMX initiative.
Role Responsibilities:
- MFC Subject Matter Expert on the 1LMX Oracle EPM tool (“SUPER Super User”)
- Lead F&BO functional tasks to early/full capability releases
- Provide support and guidance to the MFC F&BO population
- Coordinate Super Users and SMEs recruitment across multiple functions
- Coordinate MFC and Enterprise scope hand-offs (e.g. EFS Integration for early adoptions)
- Ensure MFC participation in corporate led test planning, test execution, validation of technical solutions
- Act as single POC to corporate to resolve any bugs, enhancement requests, etc
- Coordinate product specific training activities for MFC population across functions
- Scope includes: Coordination with FP&A, Program Finance, Financial Accounting/Tax, Rates/Factors, Capital Planning, as well as MFC and Corporate 1LMX personnel.
- Design and deploy enhancements that continuously improve our user's ability and provide critical new capabilities
- Provide Enterprise-wide direct client support and training, review and employ system upgrades, and provide system testing and troubleshooting
Individuals with experience working within the current MFC EFS environment are encouraged to apply with expectation that they will commit to learning the Oracle EPM tool to the Required level of knowledge.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in Finance or other Business Operations functions
• Demonstrated background in Financial Planning and Analysis
• Able to interface with users and provide assistance to users pricing issues/questions
• Strong Interpersonal skills and above average written and oral communication skills
• Willing to research and apply knowledge
• Experience with leading projects and meeting deadlines
• Experience with Training system/tool users (virtual)
• High Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
Desired Skills:
• MFC EFS experience is a must have skill set (specifically Cost Management and Forecasting Shredder Modeling)
• Experience with MFC Accounting Consolidation, Indirect Budgets, Capital LRP, and Tax
• Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Corporate Policy Statements (CPS); MFC policies and procedures & process
• Naturally curious to independently learn new tools, concepts and processes
• Innovative, Energized and Self-directed to bring forward and implement new ideas
• Excellent Communicator (verbal/written)
• Ability to step back and think objectively during stressful situations
• Basic Data Analytic skills and the usage of Data Analytics platforms
• Business Systems (Software) administrator experience is a plus

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
