What the Sr. Treasury Analyst will do

The Sr. Treasury Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily cash operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, and short-term investments.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks to support business decisions.
  • Overseeing the company's banking relationships and managing banking services.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures.
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly treasury reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize cash flow and working capital.
  • Supporting the execution of foreign exchange transactions and hedging strategies.
  • Assisting with special projects and other treasury-related duties as assigned.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and financial instruments.

What the company needs in a Sr. Treasury Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in treasury or corporate finance.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, banking, and financial instruments.
  • Proficiency with treasury management systems and financial software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • High organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
