  The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Field Manager. Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments with customers and maintain digital calendars
• Update customer records within a database
• Source, print, prepare job details according to schedule
• Manage communication including emails, phone calls, and cases.
• Receive invoices and approve for accuracy.
• Engage with visitors and outside vendors

Qualifications & Experience

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF
• SalesForce.com experience is preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
• High degree of attention to detail
• Data entry experience
• Time Management skills
