Senior .Net Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using React JS SQL JavaScript and .Net Framework.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.

· Design and implement scalable and efficient code that meets project specifications and industry standards.

· Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software reliability and performance.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth and development.

· Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices with the team.

· Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

· Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards particularly in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims and Payer domains.

· Optimize database queries and improve data retrieval processes to enhance application performance.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our software solutions.

· Document software designs technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintenance.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

· Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality software that improves healthcare services.

Qualifications

· Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

· Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development with a focus on React JS SQL JavaScript and .Net Framework.

· Demonstrate expertise in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims and Payer domains.

· Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

· Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and efficient code.

Location: Phoenix, AZ or Remote

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 8/25/2024

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 to 141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
