Responsibilities

Ascension Saint Thomas is looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/Gyn for our Laborist Department.

Position Highlights:

* Shifts covering either the OB hospitalists or the OB/GYN ED
* Supervises Residents and works with NPs and CNMs in the OB/GYN ED
* Great working relationships with community physicians and emergency room providers
* OB and GYN privileges are required

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky facility.

Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.
