Duties
- Collection of fees, process customer orders, work area cleanliness, inventory control procedures.
- Employee ensures that liquor is weighed correctly accounted for and served according to recipe guidelines to meet department cost of goods.
- Employee will ensure that all reporting of daily events, breakage and spoilage, cleaning logs and inventory controls will be done according to facility standards of operation.
- Employee will be able to use simple arithmetic in the handling of cash.
- Employee will complete all mandated training.
