Sets up bars for operation. Assures an adequate stock level is maintained. Keeps bar and work area clean and sanitary.
Skill in mixing drinks using alcoholic beverages, beer and soda. Prepares a limited variety of simple alcoholic beverages as requested by patrons and wait staff. Ability to recognize intoxicated and unruly patrons.
Applies simple arithmetic in calculating bills and making change. Ability to recognize intoxicated and unruly patrons.
Records sales and makes change or prepares charge slips.
Performs other duties as assigned.
