Responsibilities:

Scopes, executes and documents the results of Missile Defense System architecture trade studies as a member of the MDA Architecture Trades GroupKnowledgeable in C2BMC regarding how it fits in the Command and Control networkExperience working with Electronic Attack and Electronic ProtectionSupports the development of Initial Requirements Documents, Architecture Requirements Packages, and other systems engineering artifacts related to the Missile Defense System, as applicableSupports the development of alternative architecture concepts addressing projected capability gaps, real-world threats, and intelligence community threat estimatesSupports activities of the MDA/CA M&S Working Group; provides develops and delivers briefings addressing applicable trade study efforts; provides comment and review to work products developed by other Working Group membersEngages with FFDRCs, UARCs, National Labs, and Service Labs to develop and apply Missile Defense System-level and Element-level M&S tools to asses top-level functional capabilities and performance trade spaceSupports Architecture Trade Studies Division Chief in scoping and defining trade study methodologies, measures and deliverablesSupports activities of the Architecture Working Group; provides, develops and delivers briefings addressing applicable trade study efforts; provides comment and review to work products developed by other Working Group membersCoordinates trade study related activities and work products with teammates across the Architecture Design Directorate (MDA/CAD) and external MDA stakeholders as applicable

Qualifications:

Master's degree in STEM and 12+ years of relevant experienceActive Secret ClearanceWorking knowledge of Electronic Attack and Electronic ProtectionDetailed knowledge of the Missile Defense System to include Command and Control networks specifically C2BMC and LINK 16Able to successfully accomplish the duties by working with minimal guidance

Knowledge of Hypersonic weapons and their capabilities and limitationsProficient in the Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) Emphasis on Power Point
