CHS, Inc. is currently searching for a Sr. Project Management Specialist to join our team to support transformation initiatives in our Energy business. A natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project coordination and delegation. The project management specialist should be motivated by a desire to collaborate, coordinate, and drive project success from inception to completion.Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leaders to develop a program plan: understand key initiative milestones, interdependencies across various initiatives and the related enterprise or external communications requiredMaintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performanceWork closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiativesManage program and project teams, ensuring program goals are reachedAccountable for delivering against established business goals/objectivesWork with other program/project managers to identify interdependencies, dependencies, risks, and opportunities across CHS1 transformation projectsAnalyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce status reports for managers and stakeholdersPerform other responsibilities as needed or assigned.Minimum Qualifications (required) High School diploma or GED4+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Project Implementation with progressive experience supporting and managing large-scale projects and programsAdditional Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree preferred in project management, business, or related fieldProject Management Certification in PMI or other methodologies, Change Management certification in Prosci or other, and Lean Six Sigma certification and/or experience are highly desirableAdvanced knowledge in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Excellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent public speaking, facilitation, problem-solving and analytical skills, multi-tasking, organization, leadership, and time managementIndirect management of a strong-matrix project team consisting of full-time and contracted resourcesPre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position. If required, selected candidates must pass pre-employment screenings to include all or a combination of drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements and FMSCA Clearinghouse.

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications.
