Overview

Supports the daily operations of the Collections Department. Provides accounts receivable collections for existing customers. 

Responsibilities

  • Determines the reason for delinquency and works cooperatively with customers to resolve

  • Thoroughly and accurately documents all collection efforts for each assigned account

  • Ensures all assigned accounts are managed in a timely and accurate fashion

  • Communicates regularly with leadership and peers on the status of accounts and escalations

  • Provides accurate and timely reporting of performance metrics

  • Supports cross-functional projects and teams

Qualifications

  • High school diploma

  • 2 years of collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience

  • Oracle and Salesforce experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to effectively and appropriately interface with a variety of individuals or groups on a frequent basis

  • Process-minded with the ability to problem solve, detect patterns, and give advice on troubleshooting

  • Advanced excel skills and an ability to work on complex data issues

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines

  • Highly organized and self-disciplined with a willingness to learn

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

It assumes that the successful candidate will be located in markets within the United States that warrant the compensation listed. Candidates in locations outside this local area may have a different  starting salary range for this opportunity which may be higher or lower.  Please speak with your recruiter to learn more.

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:

$17.58 to $23.45

Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards.  Sunrun provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
