Management & Program Analyst

In this position you will work as a member of the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, Office of Strategic Solutions, Business and Program Management Division. The ideal candidate for this position will serve as an analyst and advisor to management on the evaluation of agency programs.
Duties
What will I do in this position if hired?
In this position, you will serve as a Management & Program Analyst.
Typical assignments include:
- Manages a highly complex, professional administrative project workload.
- Analyzes and advises management on the effectiveness of programs, operations, the productivity, and efficiency of the organization resource utilization.
- Evaluates the impact of policies, and practices on organizational or project effectiveness.

Travel requirements in support of emergency operations may be extensive in nature (weeks to months), with little advance notice, and may require employees to relocate to emergency sites with physically austere and operationally challenging conditions.
