Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC) Advanced Programs (AP) is seeking a Cyber Capture Management Principal responsible for winning new cyber security programs. Candidates should be experienced in capturing new advanced technology development programs within the Department of Defense (DoD) for embedded cyber (i.e. securing systems/software), hardware (i.e. trust/assured microelectronics), or product security (i.e. red teaming, penetration testing, and program assessments of DoD weapon systems).
As risks to hardware, software, and supply chains continue to rise, the world needs advanced cyber and electronics assurance solutions to mitigate growing vulnerabilities. Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC) Advanced Programs (AP) is seeking a Cyber Capture Management Principle responsible for developing new and for leading current cyber security and hardware assurance Research and Development (R&D) programs. Candidates should be experienced in capturing and managing advanced technology development programs within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) for embedded cyber (i.e. securing systems/software), microelectronics (i.e. trust/assured hardware), and product security (i.e. red teaming, penetration testing, and program assessments of DoD weapon systems).
Roles and responsibilities include developing new business and leading advanced cyber security portfolios, leading technology development teams, winning proposals, managing costs/schedules, and developing new business with Government customers. A successful candidate will work effectively throughout the Lockheed Martin organization, both vertically and horizontally, to build strong working customer relationships in the advancement of cyber resilient systems. You will demonstrate a strong ability to work across organizational boundaries and jurisdictions and lead cross-discipline teams in the development of advanced security solutions.

Basic Qualifications:
• Business Development / Capture Portfolio Manager experience.
• Experience in capturing and winning new government R&D programs.
• Experience in working with advanced cyber technologies.
• The ability to travel 10%-25% to meet with current and potential customers/partners.
• An active secret security clearance; ability to obtain a Top Secret / Special Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated successful capture of Contract Research and Development (CRAD) for embedded cyber security and DoD platforms.
• An established network of partners and stakeholders within cyber security.
• Strategic thinking – Understands “big picture” analysis both from the cyber technological and business case perspectives.
• Excellent verbal and written skills necessary to clearly articulate technology development and strategies to both internal and external organizations.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
