How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

Process/perform incoming shipment functions. Check in, audit and sensor merchandise per policy. Ensure all shipment paperwork is completed correctly. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; could require weekends, overnight/early morning, evenings, and holidays. Prepare out-going store shipping functions. work with a team to exceed store results and will adhere to policies, procedures and practices that align with company directives. Ensure all in-bound and out-bound merchandise is accurate, report any discrepancies to the stock supervisor and/or store manager. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stock area. Develop a high level of product knowledge of all categories of merchandise and complete training as assigned. Be proactive in Loss Prevention initiatives. Skills for Success

What you bring:

Proven communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays. Ability to be solution oriented. Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment. 0-1 years of related professional/retail experience is preferred. A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
