Essential Job Functions:

Thoroughly clean the interiors of buildings, addressing surfaces such as floors, carpets, rugs, windows, and walls. Implement disinfection measures for frequently utilized items, including desks, door handles, office tools, and telephones. Effectively manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, promptly initiating orders for new products as required. Undertake the upkeep of outdoor grounds, ensuring their cleanliness and order. Expertly remove debris from sidewalks and walkways. Systematically empty and maintain trash and recycling receptacles. Strategically organize and replenish supply rooms to ensure their proper functionality. Proficiently execute minor repairs on machinery, equipment, and tools. Vacuum, sweep, and mop various floor surfaces. Thoroughly clean and uphold the maintenance of restrooms, emphasizing hygiene and sanitation. Wash and polish windows and mirrors. Promptly alert supervisors to any observed unsafe conditions. Adeptly operate floor scrubbers and other specialized cleaning equipment. Conscientiously dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a polished appearance. Ensuring the operational readiness of cleaning equipment, performing necessary maintenance. Demonstrate the ability to independently complete tasks within specified timeframes and with minimal supervision. Promptly inform supervisors or managers about substantial repair needs. Skillfully manage and promptly address spills utilizing appropriate cleaning equipment. Operate a variety of cleaning equipment, including scrubbers, sweepers, brushes, and similar operational machinery. The duties are comprehensive but not exhaustive; additional responsibilities may apply as deemed necessary.

Hiring Range:

$12.14 USD - $15.18 USD per hour

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
