In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of quality control technicians, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. You will play a crucial role in driving quality improvements, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
This role would suit a Quality Control Engineer with experience in Blow Molding / Automation, who is looking for a challenging position with opportunities for professional growth and the chance to lead a dedicated team.
The Role:
- Supervise and coordinate quality control technicians in Blow Molding.
- Review production schedules, assign duties, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with production supervisors, engineers, and suppliers to verify and enhance product quality.
- Provide quality training and continuous education on quality control techniques to various departments.
The Candidate:
- Supervisory experience in quality control for Blow Moulding or Automation.
- Knowledge in ISO/TS quality systems.
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools and manufacturing techniques is preferred.
- Mechanically inclined.
