Description

If you are a Supply Chain professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an opening for you Base in our Sidney, Ohio, location, you will support the various functions associated with the Supply Chain Services group. The area of focus will be with the Export Services team but also will support key initiatives, programs and specific functions associated with Global Logistics, International Trade Compliance and our Supply Chain Integration/Procurement Business Systems.

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will:

  • Support US export business, including direct service and communications with both offshore customers and Copeland plants

  • Coordinate with order management team in Mexico and customers for timely communication and scheduling of orders

  • Work with schedulers at North American manufacturing plants on delivering orders to request date

  • Lead/guide/support key programs and initiatives for Export Services, Logistics, Trade Compliance and Procurement Business Systems transitions

  • Business analyst and support role for all Oracle and other Procurement Business Systems transitions (OTM, GTM, EBS, SLM, etc.)

  • Assist suppliers with data integration from ECT and iSupplier Portals

  • Refine and improve processes to ensure prompt communication of all required export documentation to the customer's nominated forwarder

  • Liaison between the Export Services team in Sidney and the Export Warehouse in Mt. Comfort

  • Support all pricing activities and initiatives associated with the US export business

Required Education, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field

  • Detail oriented and possess excellent analytical skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Personable and able to prioritize multiple projects in a multi-functional environment

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to present ideas and projects clearly and concisely

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:

  • APICS certification & Master's degree

  • Database knowledge (design, structure, reports, analysis, queries)

  • Minimum three (3) Years proven experience in Finance, IT, or Supply Chain focused area

Flexible Work Schedule - Remote Work Option and Core Hours

This role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to three days a week and a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm.
