Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI Architect to join our dynamic team. As a UI Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive elements of our payment solutions platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to create intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of the user interface for our payment solutions platform, ensuring consistency, scalability, and performance across all applications and devices. Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements and user needs into elegant and effective UI designs. Define and enforce UI design standards, guidelines, and best practices to maintain a cohesive and seamless user experience. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the usability and accessibility of our UI designs. Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design, and incorporate them into our design process. Mentor and guide junior UI designers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team. Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration between the frontend and backend components of our applications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience 8+ as a UI/UX designer or UI architect, preferably in the fintech or payment solutions industry. Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other relevant frontend technologies. In-depth knowledge of modern UI frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience with responsive design principles and techniques for optimizing UI across different devices and screen sizes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
