 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 1.    Bachelorâs Degree plus 3 - 4 years of related experience in Minor League sports sales (or equivalent industry) 2.    Desire to succeed in Sales   3.    Proven track record of hitting and exceeding yearly sales goals (both individual and personal) 4.    Proficient in Microsoft Office products 5.    Ability to motivate and communicate effectively with staff.  6.    Ability to work effectively on an individual basis and within a team framework. 7.    Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and achieve objectives. 8.    Strong planning and organizational skills. 9.    Ability to maintain a professional business image. 10.   Desire to work long hours when needed to achieve results.  Compensation: Â
- Competitive compensation based on experience (to be discussed during interview process)
- Commission and bonuses tied to direct sales efforts.
