In this role you will:

Be responsible for all duties of the front desk operation which includes: staff training, inter-department communications, and staff scheduling. The Front Office Manager should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate leadership abilities. In addition to assisting in the operation of the Front Office operation and guest services personnel, this position will respond quickly to guest requests and/or complaints in a friendly manner and ensure that appropriate action is taken to guarantee guest satisfaction.

Requirements to be successful in this role:

Previous hotel Management experience with proven success in the leadership of teams  3+ years of management experience in the Front Office and Housekeeping. Proven success in guest service results. A hospitality management degree is a plus. Strong financial knowledge is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and OnQ preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Drive for Results demonstrated through successful performance in prior leadership positions.
