Our employees must embody Koaâs 4 core value, positivity, dedication, being team first, and having fun The Site Coordinator of Flag Football is in charge of managing parts of Koa flag football and ensuring delivery of a top-notch Game Day Experience.  Including, but not limited to overseeing part time coaches and refs, helping with clinics, promotional days, training, and more.  

The hourly job is located on various fields in Montgomery County.
Responsibilities & Duties:â       Ensure Koa Flag staff is on time, prepared, trained, and in proper Koa Gearâ       Drive Koa vehicle to the field and properly set up/break down the flag football fieldsâ       Handle Game Day issues & disputesâ       Help injured players- including having the ability to call 911 â       Ability to fill in and coach or officiate flag football â       Help Koa Management recruit, train, and schedule all Koa coaches (including parent coaches) and refereesâ       Professionally interact with parentsâ       Inventory all flag football equipmentâ       Answer general phone calls and & flag football specific questionsâ       This position reports directly to Koaâs CEO, Tony Korson Qualifications & Skills:â       Played at least high school footballâ       Proficient use of a stopwatchâ       Proficient communication, verbal and electronic
â       Must be available on weekends â       Excellent problem solverâ       Able to lift equipment of at least 40 poundsâ       Properly line a field (or set up a field)â       Can complete 20 continuous pushups in 30 seconds or less
