What will be your key responsibilities?

Utilizing the TMS system to process shipments, assign appointments and assign reason codesYou'll carry out a range of supplier management activities, either to support others or to fulfill the requirements of the role.You'll help manage clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others.You'll provide operational support services and sometimes act as first-line supervisor of a transactional operations area. Involves using existing systems and protocols.The ultimate responsibility is to ensure on time delivery for Mars Petcare outbound shipments.Ensure shipments have assigned carriers by following an established routing guideWork with carriers to secure shipment coverage and address issues that come up throughout the lifecycle of the shipmentCollaborate with Mars sites and internal teams to ensure on time delivery to customersMaintain a desk guide to ensure all processes are up to date and accessible by the team
