* Candidate must meet eligibility for employment through successful criminal and background checks
* Must have the ability to be credentialed to receive 3rd party (insurance) reimbursement
*Position responsibilities:.
* Work with individuals, groups and families to improve mental health
* Examine issues including depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma issues, relationships, PTSD, spiritual concerns, etc.
* Help clients define, create and implement goals and gain insight into problematic behaviors
* Develop therapeutic treatment plans for each client
* Proficiently document evaluations, session notes and other legal documents as requested by clients or third parties in a timely fashion
*Candidate must have experience in the following:.
* Knowledge of and appropriate application of counseling theories
* Knowledge of how to code mental health diagnosis according to the DSM V and ICD 10
* Knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques
* Knowledge of crisis intervention procedures
*Candidate must have the ability to:.
* Work as a team player
* Accept direction and adhere to policies and procedures of the company
* Use effective judgment and maintain confidentiality of information at all times
