Key Responsibilities:
Customer Journey Optimization:

  • Use lifecycle channels to develop and implement strategies to enhance the end-to-end customer experience. Analyze customer touchpoints and identify opportunities for improvement.

Segmentation and Targeting:

  • Utilize customer data to create targeted segments for personalized communication.
  • Implement lifecycle marketing campaigns to address various customer segments
    Marketing Campaigns:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure messaging aligns with brand identity.
  • Assist the broader Lifecycle Team with project management; working with the Sr. Lifecycle Manager to prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Monitor and analyze program effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
    Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Leverage analytics and customer insights to make data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies based on performance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in project managing campaign assets
  • Experience creating and optimizing emails and automated workflows for a large DTC company (bonus points for experience with subscription companies)
  • Proficiency using marketing automation tools (Braze experience is preferred)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
