POSITION PURPOSE

Needed to teach courses in exercise science occasionally. Examples include courses on nutrition for sport and exercise, strength and conditioning, and exercise testing and evaluation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide instruction in a classroom environment as determined by supervisorHold regular office hours on a weekly basisRespond in a timely manner (2 working days) to calls or emails from students, colleagues, or supervisorsUse university technology as directed (institutional email address, submission of grades, etc.)

SPECIALIZED KNOW-HOW & SKILLS
Master's degree in associated field.Experience teaching at the undergraduate levelProfessional experience in field would be valued
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
No or very limited exposure to physical risk;No or very limited physical effort required;Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
