What you’ll do:

Lead product discovery, prioritization and execution of new features, enhancements, and optimizations that maximize the performance of our suite of backend regulatory services and APIsClearly communicate the vision and roadmap to senior management and key stakeholders; ensuring alignment with the company-wide objectivesCreate product specifications with clear business justification, technical requirements, and data flows that speak to the compliance needs across the entire portfolio. Provide internal training to privacy leads on how to utilize the serviceCollaborate with Match Group properties across the globe to align internal and external partners on strategies that maximize the impact and efficiency of product & legal teams while solving for underlying regulatory requirementsDevelop metrics to measure the success of service changes, analyze results, and use analysis to inform further iterationManage data accessibility for reporting purposes, designing dashboards to communicate KPIs to key internal and external stakeholders. Drive internal process improvements; provide day-to-day coordination and quality assuranceAssess emerging privacy products to measure potential value to the organization. Provide recommendations for new technologies; support third-party vendor communications, evaluations, and integrationsGrow with the Match Group Central Platforms Team by supporting internal initiatives to uplift our people, processes, and presence.


We could be a Match if you bring:

5+ years of product management, developer relations, software development or related experience in a B2B SaaS environment.Experience supporting business-critical systems in the privacy, compliance and/or regulatory space for multinational customers at scaleAbility to qualify how the API/service delivers value from a product perspective Expert working knowledge of Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, and Slack; SQL knowledge a plusAbility to structure problem-solving approaches and bring multiple solutions to solving complex problemsExperience developing processes for sharing information and insights across large organizationsExperience working with third party technology providersEqual comfort communicating to business stakeholders and engineers; ability to tailor the message appropriately to the audienceEase with building trust with cross-functional stakeholders through integrity, honesty, authenticity, and driveDemonstrated proactiveness and perseverance in complex and constantly evolving environments.
