CV Resources is partnering with a fast-growing national hospitality company in the search for a Technical Accountant Join our client's dynamic Accounting team in Meridian, Idaho, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the organization's growth and client satisfaction. This is a full-time onsite position .

What You'll Do:

  • Manage fixed asset and lease accounting processes, including depreciation entries.
  • Handle tax policy examination and preparation of various tax returns and payments.
  • Research and analyze tax issues, staying updated on legislative changes.
  • Manage multi-state permit registrations and renewals.
  • Prepare and post monthly general ledger entries and reconciliations.
  • Enhance internal controls environment and support SOX compliance.
  • Conduct unit audit/accountability reviews and present findings.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable reporting and complex client invoicing.
  • Support global treasury and cash management, including bank reconciliations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • 2-3years’ experience in relevant accounting roles.
  • Familiarity with multi-state Sales & Use Tax accounting preferred.
  • Proficiency in GAAP and ERP systems like Netsuite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement.
