Its four medical centers - Kapi'olani, Pali Momi, Straub and Wilcox - specialize in innovative programs in women’s health, pediatric care, cardiovascular services, cancer care, bone and joint services and more. At Hawai‘i Pacific Health, the Employee Health Services team coordinates and implements programs and activities that protect, promote and advocate for the health and safety of our staff. These include medical surveillance programs; immunization and infectious disease screening; and health education and counseling. The Employee Health Services team also participates on committees and projects relevant to employee health, staff safety, infection control and environmental health and safety.
As the Employee Health Nurse, you will uphold Hawai‘i Pacific Health’s goal of caring for and protecting its employees. You will coordinate and implement all EE Health programs/activities that protect, promote and advocate for the health and safety of our staff, including Medical Surveillance Programs, immunization/infectious disease screening and health education/counseling. You will also participate on committees relevant to employee health, staff safety, infection control, and environmental health and safety; ensure compliance, maintain confidentiality, protect organizational assets and exhibit ethics and integrity; adhere to applicable Federal and State laws and regulations, accreditation and licensing requirements, policies and procedures; and report/resolve non-compliance issues. We are looking for someone dedicated and detail oriented, who shares our commitment to creating a healthier Hawai‘i.

Minimum Qualifications: Current Hawai‘i Registered Nurse License. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and Heart Saver - AED CPR cards. Valid driver's license and abstract. Current Hawai’i auto insurance.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Community Health/Public Health, Industrial, Occupational Health or related field. Certification in occupational health, case management or related area or in special testing (i.e. hearing, pulmonary function testing).

Hawai‘i Pacific Health offers a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package that includes pay and benefits. The pay rate, if displayed, is the minimum hourly rate for the position. Rate of pay for selected candidates will be determined by various factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience and training, as well as internal peer equity.
