Brand Manager
Where will you work: This role can be located at either our Durham NC, Plymouth MN or Lithia FL office. You will also have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule (Wednesday's/Friday's remote - Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in the office).
Join our team at Mosaic and play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy We're looking for a strategic thinker with a knack for execution, someone who can go beyond crafting messages to masterfully analyze markets and customers. Your digital marketing savvy and brand management skills will be key to our success.
In this role you will work hand-in-hand with our diverse team, from product management to sales, to create strategic plans for our brands and steer our business towards meeting financial goals and objectives.

What you'll do:
Lead development & execution of brand strategy and annual marketing plans to achieve business and financial goals of Mosaic Biosciences (including budget management)
Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the growers' personas' and purchase journey by identifying market research needs, oversee research efforts, identify applicable insights to inform marketing/business efforts
Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns to generate, engage and convert leads at scale
Partner with and effectively manage agency and internal partners to drive media, digital, social, and PR initiatives
Closely align and partner with Sales team to develop sales enablement/toolkits to support key brand initiatives
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related
5+ years strategic brand management experience
Business acumen
Tech savvy
Customer-centric
Drive results
Bonus points if the following:
Master's degree in business administration, marketing or related
Experience in the consumer goods industry or leading B2B companies
Demonstrated ability to drive vision/purpose and balance stakeholders
Strategic mindset
Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
