Digital Asset Coordinator

Job Description: 

The Digital Assets Coordinator will be responsible for the management, ordering and tracking of samples for e-commerce photography. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain tracking system for incoming and outgoing samples for internal and external partner photo needs 

  • Work with photo services producer to secure studio and photographer time based on projected availability and delivery of samples. 

  • Work with planning, buying  and sales teams to obtain seasonal buys and receive sample set orders each season, while tracking sample delivery. 

  • Work with marketing teams to receive and organize samples for marketing shoots. 

  • Create shot lists for e-commerce photo shoots and track image needs throughout shoots 

  • On set liason between marketing, ecomm and buying to ensure all needs are met during ecommerce photo shoots and selection of final ECOMM image per style. 

  • Update required databases and workflow applications that will track inbound, in progress and completed work requests.

  • Determine need for retouching 

  • Liaison with marketing, ecommerce and wholesale team to deliver images 

  • Review and request extension of model rights for expired imagery as needed

  • Work with the marketing team to ensure updated style guide standards are being implemented on set. 

  • Versed in working across multiple systems (including Workhorse, boxi, Salsify, Excel and PLM)

  • Assist with the execution of in house marketing content creation in tandem with the marketing and creative team on an ad-hoc basis.

  • Organizing, cataloguing and storing of samples per brand seasonally

  • Ensuring styling props are updated seasonally and maintaining each brandâs closet area

  • Liason with Digital Marketing team and MIS to identify troubleshooting needs when Salsify errors arise.

  • Address workfront requests for hang tags and any recoloring needs. 

Required Skills 

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Previous experience in a photo studio environment preferred       

  • Strong Communication skills, written and verbal

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 

  • Detail-oriented, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, problem solving skills

  • Demonstrate analytical skills and good business acumen

  • Ability to multi-task to meet concurrent deadlines and manage multiple functions

  • Must be able to adapt and react to constantly changing details in priorities, and shift the focus to the important task
