  • Varied Clinical Responsibilities: Utilize your LCSW expertise to conduct initial assessments, provide therapy sessions, and develop personalized treatment plans for individuals of diverse backgrounds. Skills Required for the LCSW Position:

  • LCSW licensure in the state of California is a must.
  • Possess exceptional clinical skills and experience in providing therapy for individuals, groups, and families.
  • Proficient in conducting mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and ability to adapt interventions to meet individual clients' needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
