Our team is made up of passionate professionals who value trust, high standards, and teamwork. We operate year-round, though we may close during November and April. Positions Available:

  • Servers: Deliver exceptional table service and create a memorable dining experience for our guests.

  • Bartenders: Mix and serve drinks with skill and flair, creating a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.

  • Line Cooks: Prepare our elevated comfort food with attention to quality, consistency, and presentation.

  • Event Planner: Manage and coordinate events, ensuring each one is expertly executed and unforgettable.

Room and Board:

A shared apartment located above the wine bar may be available for the right candidates. This housing option offers a convenient and comfortable living arrangement in the heart of North Creek, just steps away from your workplace.

Key Responsibilities by Role:

  • Servers: Provide excellent table service, assist with menu recommendations, and ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience.

  • Bartenders: Serve drinks with professionalism, maintain a clean and stocked bar, and engage with guests.

  • Line Cooks: Prepare food according to barVino’s high standards, ensure food consistency, and maintain a clean kitchen.

  • Event Planner: Coordinate and execute events, work with clients to meet their expectations, and manage logistics from start to finish.

Qualifications:

  • Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

  • Must be professional, reliable, and eager to deliver high-quality service.

  • Tech-savvy individuals who are comfortable with POS systems and menu software are encouraged to apply.

  • A working smartphone is required for communication and scheduling.

  • Flexibility is required, as shifts may occur any day of the week, depending on event schedules and staffing needs.

Location:

barVino is located on Main Street in North Creek, NY, a picturesque town in the Adirondacks. The town offers the perfect combination of natural beauty and small-town charm, making it an attractive place to live and work.

Season and Hours:

We operate year-round but may close during November and April. Hours of operation are flexible and may expand depending on events and additional help. Working hours could range from weekday evenings to weekends, depending on demand and scheduled events.
