Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing digital solution platforms with a strong focus on utilizing Power BI modules and creating client-facing dashboards. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights through intuitive and visually compelling dashboards

Key Responsibilities
Design and Development:
Design and develop digital solution platforms tailored to meet specific business needs, with a particular emphasis on Power BI. Create, customize, and optimize client dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical data points. Integrate various data sources and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
Data Analysis and Visualization:
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decision-making. Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards in Power BI that are both technically robust and user-friendly. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all digital platforms.
Client Engagement:
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into actionable digital solutions. Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on the use and interpretation of dashboards and other digital tools. Continuously refine and improve digital solutions based on client feedback and evolving business needs.
Project Management:
Manage end-to-end digital solution projects, from initial consultation and requirements gathering through to implementation and ongoing support. Work cross-functionally with IT, data analytics, and other teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions. Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in digital solutions, Power BI, and data visualization. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve existing platforms and processes. Recommend and implement best practices for data management, reporting, and visualization.
Key Competencies
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL. Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a plus.
Analytical Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and identify actionable insights. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver compelling narratives through data.
Client Focus:
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique business needs. Experience in a client-facing role, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
Project Management:
Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on delivering results on time and within scope. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Requirements / Qualifications
Is authorized to work in the US; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Mechanical / Electrical engineering or a related field; Technical expertise in CMMS; 5+ years of experience in digital solutions design, data analytics, or a related field; Advanced certification in Power BI or similar tools is preferred; Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
