Hours Full-time, Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm Location Honolulu, Oahu Pay $15 to $17 an hour ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
- Support programming, activities, events, and office functions by handling administrative and clerical tasks for the assigned department.
- Cover various departments in the absence of program staff due to illness, vacation, or leave.
- Prepare, compile, and process program registration forms, attendance sheets, and rosters.
- Draft program-related memoranda and manage official communication channels.
- Assist in program management tasks, including technical challenges, event participation, and client management.
- Maintain a clean work area, free of debris or safety hazards, and remain aware of surroundings at all times.
- Provide Administrative Assistant duties when required.
- Attend all staff meetings and organization's special events.
- Assist in monitoring and coordinating campus environmental health and safety programs, including safety inspections, accident investigations, and safety training.
- Report any suspected cases of child and/or vulnerable adult abuse or neglect to the supervisor as required by law.
Requirements:

Proven experience in administrative support or program assistance.

Proficiency in data entry, document management, and file organization.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures is a plus.
-
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is preferred.

Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire date). This is not a requirement of ALTRES Staffing.

Criminal background clearance: (Hawaii Criminal Justice Data Center, National Sex Offender Public Registry, National Criminal History Database).
