Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:45pm-11:15pm

Some overtime may be required to fulfill job duties.

Principal Accountabilities

In addition to following Epson's policies & procedures, you will be responsible for the following:

-Performs repairs on units under direct/limited supervision from management, following written work instructions
-Inspects a unit's inner and outer housing to determine repairable or non-repairable damage
-Reads & follows written technical service procedures to determine unit performance
-Inspects & accurately determines test prints or images
-Performs firmware upgrades
-Performs final testing to confirm repair results
-Accesses & uses diagnostic programs
-Performs data entry tasks using available reporting systems
-Performs assigned work while maintaining efficiency, yield, & quality standards
-Accurately maintains electronic & paper records
-Supports depot operations by performing other duties as assigned by management
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $18.00 and $19.00/hr.  Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
